St Oswald’s Way is a 97 mile long distance trail that runs through the heart of Northumberland.


This day walk will cover once of the nicest sections from Weldon Bridge to Rothbury.


After meeting in Rothbury there will be a short transfer to Weldon Bridge. Then the guided walk stays on the southern side of the Coquet, glimpsing the historic Brinkburn Priory on the other side of the river. This beautiful 12th century church of the Augustinian priory of Brinkburn survives completely roofed and restored.


As the walk continues through attractive rolling farmland you will reach Rothbury.
