This is week 3 of a 6 week Nordic Walking course for beginners.


After a quick revision of the Nordic Walking technique, we will go for a slightly longer walk and explore the technique for going uphill. 


The walk follows the abandoned railway line from Rothbury and along part of St Oswald's Way, before returning to Rothbury. This is a beautiful and quiet walk, and will allow you to really put your new found Nordic Walking technique to the test.


This walk is suitable for those who have attended the previous week's courses, for those new to Nordic Walking and for those wanting a refresher.
