I very much hope you had a good Christmas and New Year.
It would be great if you could join Shepherds Walks again in 2012.
I personally think we have the best possible plans for the year ahead, with something for everybody. The following is a summary of what we have to offer.
Day long guided walks
1. New linear day walk for 2012 – Roman Ring exploration
2. Circular guided walks, low level
3. Linear day walks along the northern Pennine Way
4. Nordic Walks throughout Northumberland
5. Windy Gyle, the Cheviot and many more stunning routes
Training Courses
1. New course for 2012 - GPS training course
2. Map and Compass
3. ‘Hidden in the Hills’, advanced Map and Compass course
4. Nordic Walking – both taster days and half day courses
Events
1. Coastal Challenge – 26 miles, 7th May
2. Bigger and better Rothbury Walking Festival, 23rd – 30th June
3. Cragside Challenge – 13 miles, 30th June
4. New for 2012 , St Cuthbert’s Way Challenge, 18 miles, 11th Aug
5. Kielder Challenge, 25.2 miles, 8th September
