Everything postponed until the end of June 2020

Everything postponed until the end of June 2020

Wed 25th March 2020

I hope you are all keeping well in these unprecedented times.

If you have booked on one of our day walks, courses, events or walking holidays and this was scheduled to take place before the end of June 2020 you will have received an email from ourselves in the past few days saying it has been postponed.

We have asked everybody to reply to this email, so if you are booked on something with us before the end of June 2020 and have not received this please do check your spam filter and if you still can't find anything please just email us at stating what activities you are booked on with us.

At this moment in time, everything from the 1st July 2020 as continuing as normal and anything before then will be rescheduled.

We did a live Facebook on Monday and will continue to do this to keep everyone up to date. please do like our Facebook page to watch Monday's live Facebook and others we will do in the very near future.

-- Help protect each other and our communities --

At this difficult time, we must strive to help and protect each other and do our bit for our communities.

After the Prime Minister's statement, we must now only leave our homes for one of four essential reasons.

For getting outside, that is stated as:

- One form of exercise a day, for example a run, walk, or cycle - alone or with members of your household.

- Remember that's just once a day. Even when doing these activities, you should be minimising time spent outside of the home and ensuring you are 2 metres apart from anyone outside of your household.

Using your 'one form of exercise' allocation safely

When getting outside for your one form of exercise a day, please still remember the following.

- You MUST only go outside alone or with the other members of your household. You should stay local with travel for essential purposes only and consider low-risk activities and you should not be going out if you are showing any of the COVID-19 symptoms.

- Parks and commons may be busy at this time with others using their daily exercise allocation, so if possible try and find a footpath, bridleway or less popular greenspace near your house.

Please all stay safe and we will keep in touch with you over the coming months.
